An annual membership for properties where the trees matter. Scheduled walks by an ISA Certified Arborist, a written record of every tree, preventive treatments, and member pricing on everything else.
We’re opening a small number of founding memberships for Kent-area properties this year, so every member gets a proper first walk.

Most tree problems start where no one is looking: under the soil line, inside the canopy, in a slow change from one year to the next. Membership means someone is looking, on a schedule, and writing it down.
The same certified arborist on your property each visit, so changes get noticed.
One to four walks a year, each followed by a written report with photographs.
Species, size, condition and full history, kept in your private member portal.
Up to 20% off plant health care and up to 7% off tree work, all year.
A State of Your Trees summary each winter, before the spring schedule fills.

Monthly billing is still a 12-month membership. Paying monthly spreads the year into 12 payments at about 10% more than paying yearly; it isn’t month to month. Founding rates on Heartwood, Crown and Old Growth are for the first 20 members or memberships accepted by March 31, 2027, whichever comes first.
*Fertilization covers up to the listed number of trees. The exact number depends on tree size and how much material each tree needs. Your arborist confirms it after your intro walk.
Member discounts apply to work booked after your first member walk. Emerald ash borer and oak wilt injections are priced per trunk inch, at your member discount. Sales tax is added at your county’s rate.
Every walk ends with a written report and recommended work at your member price, held for 30 days. You decide what to book.
Leaf-out, buds, bark and root flare on every tree, photographed.
A scheduled message for every member, plus a midsummer walk on Crown and Old Growth.
Structure, deadwood and winter prep. Fertilization and dormant sprays get scheduled.
A one-page summary of the year and a plan for spring.
If every included walk, report and treatment were booked one at a time, this is what it would cost. That’s before member pricing on anything else. Not counted: Old Growth’s $250 tree-work credit, or your member portal, where every tree, report and photo stays on record and goes with the house if you sell. Tyler walks through the math for each tier.
Diagnosis first, treatment only where it changes the outcome, and the same arborist watching every season. Emerald ash borer, beech leaf disease, oak wilt and spotted lanternfly are checked on every walk.

Every membership starts with an intro walk so we can build your tree record properly. We're limiting founding memberships so each one gets that time.
No. Monthly billing spreads a 12-month membership into 12 payments, and costs about 10% more than paying for the year up front. If you cancel early after your first member walk, the rest of the year's payments are due.
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel before your first member walk of the year, and you can turn off automatic renewal anytime. We remind you 30 days before every renewal.
No. Your report is yours either way. Recommendations are held at member pricing for 30 days.
Every walk covers every tree on the property. Tree counts only apply to included services like fertilization, which covers up to the listed number of trees depending on tree size and how much material each one needs. Your arborist confirms the exact count after your intro walk.
Only you and the TG-TreeCare team. Crew members see the trees they're working on, never your billing.
No payment to request. Billing starts only if you accept your invitation.
